AUSSILIA Delivery Information
The “30-Days” free shipping is now available for worldwide shipping if you do a bulk order for more than USD$100. AUSSILIA understands and aims to process your item(s) /or order(s) as quickly as possible within a reasonable time i.e. approximately within 5-7 business days. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a direct link to track your order online. The approximate delivery time for worldwide shipping is between 15-30 business days. Please understand that under no circumstances that we shall be held responsible for any direct and/or indirect losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery which we are in no way at fault. For instance, if a delivery was made and you were unavailable to take delivery or collection, our third party courier may leave a card giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the third party courier. Kindly follow through their instructions closely.
AUSSILIA always believe that our product(s) will satisfy your needs. However, should you decide to return your purchase(s) for any reason(s), you may do so within the “30-Days” period from the day you purchased the item(s) provided that (i) the item(s) must be good and in pristine condition when you first received them in its original box and/or packaging; (ii) any tag(s) (if any) must still be attached or intact; and (iii) the sole of the shoes must be in an “un-worn” condition i.e. in its new and original state.
You may proceed to fill-in the Product Returns form made available electronically under Customer Service section on www.AUSSILIA.com in order to initiate and register your return process formally with us. Kindly print-out the Return Slip together with the parcel to our return address as follows:-

Upon receipt of your parcel, our Quality Control has to inspect the returned item(s) condition and we will aim to process your returns within 4-5 business days. Please take note that you are responsible for all goods sent until they arrive at our stock office wherein you agree to assume all costs associated with the return as we are not responsible for goods damaged whilst in-transit and/or due to poor packaging. Hence, we would highly recommend that you use a reliable courier service with parcel tracking services.
Upon completion of our Quality Control, we will either exchange you with a similar pair of shoe(s), if available or refund you with a store credit which will be send to you via email. The store credit can be used to redeem for your next purchase.
